As a Customer Success Consultant at Predictive Sales AI, you'll have the opportunity to guide a diverse portfolio of PSAI clients through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing growth, combining your relationship-management expertise with our training to create measurable value. You'll work alongside a team of industry experts and contribute directly to shaping the future of the home services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Client Lifecycle: Collaborate with clients from kickoff through renewal to design and execute success plans that align with their business goals, ensuring long-term retention and growth. Push clients to take the right steps to maximize their return on our software.
• Onboarding & Implementation: Partner closely with our onboarding team to guide new clients through implementation of our AI-driven software. Ensure a smooth, timely launch, configure accounts to client needs, and set clear expectations for early wins and adoption.
• Build and Nurture Partnerships: Create and cultivate valuable, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers. These strong partnerships are vital for driving product adoption, uncovering expansion opportunities, and building brand advocacy.
• Product Adoption & Training: Conduct thorough onboarding and ongoing training sessions to identify opportunities for deeper platform usage. Ensure that clients follow best practices to get the most value from our features, drive engagement, and support their teams effectively.
• Performance Analysis & Health Monitoring: Regularly assess key performance indicators (KPIs), usage data, and account health scores. Based on insights, implement strategies to improve client outcomes, reduce churn risk, and drive higher retention and measurable results.
• Proactive Success Best Practices: Ensure all client interactions follow a proactive, consultative approach. You will focus on delivering long-term value that maintains a client's positive relationship with Predictive Sales AI.
• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with our onboarding, support, product, and sales teams to optimize the client experience, resolve issues, and improve adoption and renewal pathways.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-+ Years of Professional Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services Experience with hands-on knowledge of SaaS or software products.
• Client-Facing Experience: Experience in managing B2B or B2C clients, particularly in a consultative or account management capacity.
• Onboarding & Implementation Experience: Proven ability to guide new clients through software onboarding and drive early product adoption.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Experience with Retention & Growth to help clients realize value and build a cohesive, long-term partnership.
• Software Proficiency: Understanding of SaaS platforms and their impact on client workflows and outcomes.
• CRM Experience: Some experience using a CRM or customer success platform to manage accounts and track engagement.
• Data & Reporting: Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to develop performance insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and reporting.
